A leading ceramics brand in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Senior Social Media/Content Creation Manager to drive their local social media strategy. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, and data analysis to enhance brand presence online. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in communications, be fluent in Arabic, and possess strong skills in marketing and social media. This position requires working closely with various teams to maintain brand consistency and manage different campaigns.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee social media accounts’ design (mainly Instagram UAE).
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for brand consistency.
• Coordinate with Global account managers for consistent brand image/contents.
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.
• Develop and manage engaging content across platforms.
• Interact with followers and build community online.
• Track performance metrics and analyze data for campaign improvement.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts.
• Work closely with marketing team members for consistency.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach.
• Liaise with agencies to optimize paid social media campaigns.
