Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Innovation Management, or other relevant fields.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in business transformation projects, with a strong focus on:
    • Innovation and process improvement
    • Retail supply chain and manufacturing operations
    • Warehouse management optimisation
    • Financial transformation and ERP (SAP FICO)
    • Health insurance process outsourcing
  • Proven track record in delivering operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and transformation outcomes across one or more of the above domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in consulting or in‑house transformation roles is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
