Qualifications

- Expertise in AML/KYC regulatory reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the Compliance Management System (CMS).
- Monitor changes in regulations and drive updates to policies.
- Lead periodic compliance risk assessments across business units.
- Design training on anti-bribery and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal audits and investigations into compliance breaches.
- Act as liaison with regulators and auditors.
- Advise leadership on compliance risks and strategies.
- Prepare compliance dashboards for the Audit & Risk Committee.
