Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant – Treasury to be based in our Dubai Corporate Office. The role involves managing treasury operations, cash flow planning, bank coordination, and ensuring effective utilization of funds in line with company policies and financial controls.

This role supports the treasury activities of the company and shall be reporting to the Treasury Manager.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and reporting of bank balances.
- Assist the Treasury Manager in setting up project financing facilities with banks.
- Coordination of bank guarantees, including liaison with other departments and banks for timely issuance of tender bonds, performance and advance payment guarantees.
- Facilitating equipment loans including liaison with banks, equipment suppliers and transport division.
- Coordination of issuance of Letter of Credits to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
- Net banking management.
- Maintain cordial relationships with all stakeholders, including banks, other departments, vendors etc.
- Accurate and timely execution of bank payments including internal transfers, supplier / subcontract payments, payroll disbursements etc.
- Timely accounting for all banking transactions and periodic bank reconciliations.
- Maintain appropriate audit trail and supporting documentation for all banking transactions.
- Liaison with internal / external auditors for efficient audit process relating to treasury activities including periodic balance confirmations with banks.
Eligibility for applicants
- Candidates with strong technical and analytical skills, in the age group of 30 – 45 with a minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must have 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization, of which at least 5 years within treasury function.
- Strong understanding of banking processes in UAE, payment systems, cash management and treasury controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel and other popular accounting tools are essential.
- Must possess good communication and relationship management skills.
