Job summary

A leading professional training organization in Dubai seeks an Agile Trainer to develop and customize Agile training programs. The role involves conducting interactive workshops, preparing participants for certifications like CSM and PMI-ACP, and providing coaching and mentorship on Agile practices. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be certified as Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).

Job description
Training Program Development

Develop update and customize Agile training programs to meet the specific needs of diverse teams within the organization.

Facilitation of Agile Workshops

Conduct engaging and interactive workshops to introduce reinforce and advance Agile concepts and practices.

Utilize realworld examples and case studies to enhance participants understanding and application of Agile principles.

Certification Preparation

Prepare participants for Agile certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) and other relevant certifications.

Coaching and Mentorship

Provide individual and team coaching to project managers Scrum Masters and team members on Agile methodologies and practices.

Mentor teams through Agile transformations guiding them in adopting Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.

Collaboration

Work closely with project teams leadership and other trainers to ensure alignment between Agile methodologies and organizational objectives.

Documentation

Maintain accurate records of training sessions participant progress and certifications achieved.

Create and update training materials presentations and resources.
