We are seeking a motivated Engineering Fresh Graduate to join our team in Abu Dhabi as a Technical Sales Trainee. This role offers hands‑on experience in engineering processes, project execution, and technical problem‑solving within Valmet’s advanced flow control solutions. It is designed to provide structured learning and a clear path for career development.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist during sales process such as proposal preparation, pre‑qualification, and post‑order documentation for MRO & Project.
• Support factory / project teams in implementing engineering procedures and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve delivery timelines and objectives.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during order execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Assist Sales Manager in setting up events and seminars.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental standards in all activities.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with valves, actuators, and flow control systems.
• Basic knowledge of automation and process control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation tools.
