Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our technical team. This role is designed for recent graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will undergo structured training, work on real‑world projects, and collaborate with experienced professionals to build your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing & commenting of PQD, Material Submittals incompliance with the project specifications, Authority regulations & provided format
  • Reviewing of Shop Drawings (Internal & External)- Structural, Architectural, ID & Landscaping
  • Reviewing of Rebar Shop drawings & BBS
  • Co-ordination with Sub contractors & Suppliers for the above Engineering submissions & follow up
  • Co-ordination with the Construction team including surveyor & site engineers
  • Maintaining Engineering submission logs & rebar call off log, in-compliance with the baseline program
  • Assisting to Preparing Technical packages for sending to Procurement team for Contractor & supplier finalization
  • Periodical site visit whenever required
  • Co-ordinating with the Project Consultant, Construction team & Sub Contractors on the Engineering Submissions & follow up
  • Reporting to the AGM | Technical

Requirements
  • Qualification: B/E/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering passed out with minimum of 80 % or 8 CGPA, without history of arrears.
