Job Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver TIBCO-based integration projects successfully across multiple regions
• Ensure delivery milestones and SLAs are met as per the project plan
• Manage client communication, stakeholder alignment, and resource planning
• Identify new business opportunities in the integration services vertical
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, proposals, bids in BFSI and other domains
• Recruit and onboard right‑fit candidates for integration ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- projects
• Work with distributed teams across geographies (onsite/offshore)
• Occasionally travel to client sites or global delivery centers as required
• Able to face the client
