A leading engineering firm in the UAE is searching for an experienced professional to lead Testing & Commissioning activities in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the UAE/GCC region. The role entails developing commissioning strategies, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with international standards, making excellent leadership and communication skills crucial.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commissioning plans strategies and schedules in coordination with project teams.
• Review design documents method statements risk assessments and commissioning procedures to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and clients to resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning.
• Manage T&C teams to ensure timely execution of works and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports test certificates and handover documentation.
• Ensure all commissioning works are completed as per international codes project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and training to junior engineers and site staff.

Key Qualifications
