A leading medical device company is seeking a Territory Lead for Joint Replacement & Robotics in Abu Dhabi. The role involves driving growth through strategic planning, offering clinical support, and building relationships with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, have 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English and a valid UAE driving license are essential. Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of corporate experience in commercial, technical, or customer-facing roles in the medical device industry.
  • Experience working with hospitals, surgeons, or healthcare providers in the Abu Dhabi region.
  • Experience with Joint Replacement products or technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a strategic plan for your territory, prioritizing key accounts.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Provide clinical support by attending procedures and guiding surgeons.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure product availability and smooth processes.
