Job description
We are looking for a Territory Lead for our Instruments division in Dubaï:
What You Will Do
  • Promote Stryker products and support customer needs while serving as the resident expert for your product line.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders in your territory.

  • Drive territory performance by developing and implementing strategies that support product adoption, market growth, and customer engagement.

  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and in-field activities based on regional objectives and customer requirements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and product developments; share relevant insights with your manager.

  • Review customer requests for proposals and prepare complete and accurate material lists aligned with their needs.

  • Guide customers through procurement processes (tender, direct purchasing, leasing, external purchasing, etc.) and collaborate with the tender team to support project execution.

  • Track product delivery timelines, coordinate installations, and provide post-purchase user training on the product portfolio.

  • Attend surgery cases to offer product expertise and in-procedure support when required.

  • Manage invoice progress and collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure timely collection of payments.

  • Receive and communicate customer feedback or complaints, take necessary corrective actions, and report outcomes to all relevant parties.

  • Prepare congress and demo materials; ensure proper handling and return of equipment in a sterilized, undamaged condition.

  • Coordinate scientific support requests with the marketing department and contribute to regional initiatives.

  • Provide assistance to the logistics team when needed.

What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of commercial or territory-based experience.

  • Experience in a relevant industry or product area.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and make sound judgments.

  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to delivering results.

  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office programs.

  • Valid driving license.

  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Openness to change and readiness to adapt in a dynamic environment.
