Your role

In the role of a technology Architect, you will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on iScala ERP for customer's issues and requirements., development, testing and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. Manage functional and technical customizations in different countries. Manage incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs. Work closely with business stakeholders reg. support tasks and also improve business processes. Work closely with other 3rd Party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems. Leading and training other team members. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs
  • Managing functional and technical customizations in different countries.
  • Providing technical cover on new developments outside of the supporting model (small and large projects)
  • Working closely with vendor and other 3rd Party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems.
  • Provide technical solutions for the issues faced by business
  • Experience in Database administration and performance tuning
  • Ensure application availability round the clock
  • Leading and training other team members.

Required

  • Overall 10+ years of Experience
  • Experience on Epicor Service Connect, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, MS Reports, Expense Reports
  • Experience working on integrations and knowledge of ServiceMax
  • Server administration and support experience
  • Ability to communicate with different level of stakeholders.
  • Project management experience
  • Completed University Degree
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal).

Preferred

  • Ability to communicate with different level of stakeholders.
  • VBA experience
  • Knowledge of other ERP Systems
  • Additional language(s) are an advantage.
