The ideal candidate will oversee the technical support department, ensuring high-quality service delivery for our cybersecurity products and solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the technical support team to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Develop and implement support processes and procedures to streamline operations.
