Job Title: Technical English Instructor Weapons & Sensors Systems (Naval/Maritime)
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE (On-site)
Contract Type: Short-term / Training Assignment
Tentative Start: Feb 2026 (TBC)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
Duration: 2 weeks (10 working days)
Class Size: Up to 25 trainees
Language: Training delivered in English (trainees are Arabic-speaking)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical English Instructor familiar with weapons and sensor systems terminology (naval/maritime defense context) to deliver a structured Technical English course for Arabic-speaking trainees. The course is focused on foundational terminology and operational communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the Weapons & Sensors Technical English course.
  • Ensure content is suitable for Arabic-speaking trainees while maintaining technical accuracy.
  • Facilitate structured learning scenario-based exercises (procedures checklists reporting).
  • Conduct assessments and share course feedback/reporting.
Course Focus (Weapons & Sensors Systems)

Technical English vocabulary and communication related to:

  • Understanding and operating weapon and sensor systems (foundational terminology)
  • Operational language used in procedures briefs reporting and technical documentation
Deliverables (Mandatory)
  • Syllabus objectives
  • Custom materials glossary
  • Exercises assessments
  • Pre/post evaluations
  • Attendance certificates
  • Materials ready for approval 2 months prior to start
