Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer with proven experience in infrastructure project tender submissions and TemporaryTraffic Diversion (TTD) planning in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play acritical role in preparing high-quality technical proposals for infrastructuretenders and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements for trafficdiversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review technical submissions forinfrastructure project tenders (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
  • Coordinate with design, planning, andconstruction teams to compile required tender documents.
  • Prepare detailed Temporary Traffic Diversion(TTD) plans in line with RTA and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for approvalsand NOCs.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is complete,accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Provide technical support during the pre-contractand post-contract stages.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relatedfield.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience ininfrastructure tendering, with at least 3 years in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures,RTA regulations, and authority approval processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MSOffice; experience with BIM is a plus.
