A restaurant group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Team Member to deliver excellent guest experiences by working flexibly in both Front of House and Back of House areas. Team Member (FOH/BOH) (Must be flexible to work Within UAE)
As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences by providing high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. You are expected to work flexibly across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
Greet and assist guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly (FOH).
Handle cashier duties, including billing and processing payments (FOH).
Assist in food preparation, plating, and kitchen support as required (BOH).
Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Follow company policies, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Support team members across FOH and BOH to achieve service goals.
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and escape when necessary.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage (not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Flexibility to work in both FOH and BOH areas as required.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Capability to lift, carry, and move items as part of daily duties.
