Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for off Plan Market Sales Team Leader position. The Team Leader will be responsible to build, inspire, and guide a high-performing sales team in our off Plan market Dubai office. If you have the drive, experience, and hunger to succeed — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants to hit monthly targets
  • Prospect, network, and build strong relationships with clients
  • Support your team through negotiations and deal closures in Off Plan market.
  • Stay updated on market launches, trends, and competitor activity
  • Manage your team’s portfolio and sales process end-to-end
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to maximize lead conversion
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Off Plan Real Estate
  • Mentoring skills and Leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proven track record of leading a team of 5+ agents
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Organized, driven, and team-focused
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus)
  • Strong market Knowledge of Dubai
