A leading hotel group in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Talent & Culture professional to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be well-organised, and possess a tertiary education in Human Resources Management. This full-time role does not offer remote work options.
As the Talent & Culture first point of contact youll provide guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Managing multiple responsibilities with independence and professionalism youll assist department managers with recruitment onboarding and employment contracts while maintaining records and generating key reports. Youll also support WHS activities handle inquiries connect stakeholders and anticipate challenges whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all Talent & Culture operations.
