Job Description

We are seeking an organized and efficient Talent & Culture Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives
  • Assist in the administration of performance management processes
  • Handle general HR inquiries from employees and managers
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive work environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Additional Information
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
