A healthcare institution in Dubai seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop and implement effective hiring strategies and maintain talent pipelines. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and relevant in-house recruitment experience in healthcare. This role involves facilitating a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting employer branding at events.
This role responsible for the planning, co-ordination, and execution of the recruitment and selection process also monitor and improve of the recruitment process in the organization. Ensuring the timely resourcing and of talent per the manpower plan. This role is also responsible to manage end-to-end administrative and logistical aspects of onboarding of employee including pre-joining formalities, support with visa formalities to ensure a seamless induction process into King’s. Also, the incumbent will support all leavers through exit formalities to ensure a respectful end of employment process.
