Job description
Position Overview

This role responsible for the planning, co-ordination, and execution of the recruitment and selection process also monitor and improve of the recruitment process in the organization. Ensuring the timely resourcing and of talent per the manpower plan. This role is also responsible to manage end-to-end administrative and logistical aspects of onboarding of employee including pre-joining formalities, support with visa formalities to ensure a seamless induction process into King’s. Also, the incumbent will support all leavers through exit formalities to ensure a respectful end of employment process.

Key Accountabilities
Recruitment strategy & planning
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are conducted within approved budgets and in compliance with labour laws.
Talent sourcing & pipeline management
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events to strengthen employer branding.
Recruitment process management
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offering, and hiring.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR/People Practices, Onboarding, CXOs) for seamless candidate handover
Education & Qualification
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, business administration or related field is required
Experience
  • Experience working “in-house recruitment” in Healthcare - essential.
