This leader will oversee workforce planning, employer branding and end-to-end hiring to attract top regional and international financial talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business heads to forecast workforce needs and design sourcing campaigns.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, assessments and offers.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms and universities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and labor laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business; Master’s preferred.
  • 8 years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of regional hiring trends, compliance and compensation structures.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
