  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and social media content
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
