Job summary
A leading aviation training institution in Sharjah is seeking qualified instructors to deliver cadet training in accordance with operations and training manuals. Candidates must hold an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with A320 Type Rating, have at least 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft, and complete a proficiency check on A320 FFS within the last 12 months. Qualifications
- Hold or have held an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with Airbus A320 Type Rating.
- Minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft.
- Have completed a proficiency check on A320 FFS within the 12 months preceding the application.
Responsibilities
- Deliver cadet training in accordance with approved operations and training manuals.
- Conduct flight simulation sessions, including briefings and debriefings.
- Monitor cadet progress, provide feedback, and recommend additional training when needed.
- Maintain training records, reports, and confidentiality.
- Ensure that the Airbus and Air Arabia procedures are implemented as required within the training programs.
- Stay updated on aviation regulations, CRM, and human factors.
- Maintain valid licenses and certifications.
- Promote safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
