Swimming Pools and Water Feature Engineer to design swimming pools fountains and other water features. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hydraulics structural design water treatment and project management. This role involves close collaboration with architects contractors and clients to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior aquatic installations.

Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering software and design tools. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and environmental considerations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Design and Planning: Collaborate with project teams to create detailed and innovative designs for swimming pools and water features ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Construction Oversight: Manage and supervise the construction process coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with design plans quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in engineering principles related to swimming pool and water feature design hydraulics filtration systems and water treatment.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant local and international regulations health and safety standards and environmental considerations.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing project budgets including cost estimation procurement and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the durability and longevity of swimming pool and water feature installations.
  • Perform calculations for structural loads water flow and system efficiency.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit) and hydraulic analysis tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit/CAD software and hydraulic analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent project management problem solving and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of water filtration systems circulation and chemical treatment processes.
  • Understanding of structural engineering and material properties.
