As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Strategy Consultant who will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting business planning, product development, and contributing to the strategic growth of the organization. This role involves developing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, optimizing project execution, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

Key Accountabilities

1. Strategic Business Planning & Execution

  • Assist in developing short-term and long-term business strategies to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, financial performance, and operational data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

2. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline business operations, improve workflow efficiencies, and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, policies, and frameworks for business operations.
  • Support cross-functional teams in driving process improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.

3. Day-to-Day Business Planning & Execution

  • Lead and manage operational planning efforts, ensuring alignment with project goals and corporate strategies.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and recommend corrective actions to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for senior leadership.

4. Project Oversight & Coordination

  • Support project team in the development, execution, and monitoring of business-related projects.
  • Ensure that projects align with business priorities and are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Assist in change management initiatives to ensure smooth business transitions and operational changes.
To join our team, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business management, business administration or relevant fields.
  • 5-7 years in business operations, strategic planning, product development or a similar operational role.
  • Experience in business consulting, process optimization, or project management preferred.
  • Business strategy development.
  • Process improvement and efficiency optimization.
  • Product development and project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Language skills:
  • English.
  • Any other language is desirable.
