Job Title: Office Talent Lead
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with office and practice group leadership to identify talent needs and support workforce planning.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Work with business service leads and the recruitment team on legal and business services roles.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Implement performance management processes and support career development initiatives.
  • Support learning and development initiatives.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to implement regional people initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of global/regional talent strategy and initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and support employee surveys.
  • Coordinate tailored learning and development programs.
  • Stay updated on local employment regulations and maintain HR policies.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and manage employment contracts.
  • Manage day-to-day HR activities including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with People Centres of Excellence and provide HR advisory support.
