Qualifications

• Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable industry experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on Service Strategy and Service Design.
• 5+ years of experience in the audio visual or collaboration industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to address technology trends in Unified Communications.
• Engage with management for customer opportunities and product sales.
• Serve as a Tier 4 technical resource for key customer opportunities.
• Develop UCC training strategies for internal departments.
