Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UAE legal and regulatory environment and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and real estate regulations.
• Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies and internal guidelines.
