• 3-5 years’ experience in revenue management or related analytics within luxury, lifestyle, or resort properties.
• Knowledge of GCC hospitality markets is highly desirable.
• Passion for optimising revenue and driving property performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue management initiatives for the property.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
• Develop forecasts and financial reports.
• Manage all online and offline distribution channels.
• Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings.
• Analyse guest segmentation and performance metrics.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams.
