Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience in strategic planning, performance reporting, or consulting.

• Ability to work confidently with senior leadership in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning across all museum departments.
• Set & monitor KPIs, project progress, and departmental performance.
• Produce high-quality executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and strategic analysis.
• Coordinate cross-departmental planning and ensure alignment with museum-wide objectives.
