Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or equivalent degree.
• Master's Degree in Human Resource is preferred.
• CIPD or SHRM certifications are advantageous.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, 8 years in Recruitment & HR Services.

• Undertake all HR services efficiently.
• Manage recruitment processes and Emiratization plans.
• Draft and review HR policies.
• Oversee payroll and staff onboarding processes.
• Prepare reports for senior management.
