About the Role

We at are looking for a dedicated Store Supervisor - Sports to support the achievement of sales targets and ensure the smooth running of store operations. The role involves leading and developing the store sales team while delivering exceptional operational, commercial, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the achievement of the store’s annual sales targets.
  • Assist in maintaining adequate staff coverage and scheduling to ensure consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Conduct regular store operations audits to ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee after‑sales processes, ensuring strict adherence to repair and return policies.
  • Address customer needs, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met, with products displayed in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Verify that promotions and pricing are accurate and aligned with company policies and standards.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights for maximizing stock potential.
  • Submit daily invoices and sales recaps to the Finance department.
  • Execute store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and record‑keeping, in compliance with company procedures.
  • Uphold loss prevention measures and ensure full compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure the store’s interior and exterior are clean, organized, and maintained according to brand standards.
  • Direct and guide the team to adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain store presentation standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in retail operations within the fashion or apparel industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong product/category knowledge with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
