We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager in the UAE who can lead high-performing teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure the store consistently reflects ECCO’s brand image and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage daily store operations including scheduling, cash handling, stock control, and reporting.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff in line with ECCO values and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, mall regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and positive working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience managing KPIs, sales targets, and team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and brand presentation.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic/Chinese/Russian is an advantage.
  • Experience working in UAE malls is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
