We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Assistant to support the school’s store operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing supplies, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring that materials and resources are distributed efficiently to various school departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming supplies and materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems.
  • Support the Storekeeper in issuing items to staff and departments as required.
  • Keep the store area clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages promptly.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requests and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the school’s administrative team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Storekeeper or Administration.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Store Assistant, Storekeeper, or in inventory management (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel or inventory software knowledge is an advantage).
  • Physically fit and able to handle light to moderate lifting.
  • Reliable, honest, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
