  • Working closely with regional specialists and local MENA marketing teams.
  • Managing and optimizing product feeds for dynamic ads.
  • Designing and executing incrementality tests across campaigns.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Regional Performance Marketing team. This role will focus on the execution and optimization of App Campaigns Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Display & Video Campaigns working closely with other regional performance specialists based in Dubai and with our Central team in Berlin. You will also collaborate with local marketing teams across MENA to drive user acquisition and retention on our platform

Whats On Your Plate
  • Creating developing and optimizing Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns across all major formats including demand-gen performance max search and app-focused campaigns.
  • Owning the Google Ads and Apple Search Ads channels end-to-end including quarterly OKR planning strategic forecasting budget management and continuous efficiency improvements.
  • Supporting the Ad Operations team in daily business execution while actively collaborating with the Central SEM and Display teams in Berlin to share insights trends and best practices.
  • Working closely with regional specialists and local MENA marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader growth initiatives and country-specific goals.
  • Managing and optimizing product feeds for dynamic ads including experience with Google Merchant Center and feed hygiene best practices.
  • Designing and executing incrementality tests across App Search and Display campaigns and optimizing budget allocation based on data-driven insights from these experiments.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking and attribution by managing integrations with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust or AppsFlyer and working with tech and analytics teams to maintain data quality.
  • Analyzing campaign performance identifying key KPIs and delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Computer Science Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads with a strong foundation in broader performance marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust AppsFlyer Branch or Firebase.
  • Strong understanding of web and app technologies with up-to-date knowledge of trends in search behavior shopping ads and platforms like Google Performance Max App Campaigns (AC) and Demand Gen Campaigns
