Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Sales cum Logistics Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating sales efforts, providing customer support, and managing logistics processes. Job Specification: Should have experience in Sales Support (documentation works like BL< quotation etc) and should have experience in Logistics also. But mainly Sales Coordination experience. Specially Abu Dhabi experience.

  • Coordinate Sales Team: Manage team schedules, file important documents, and effectively communicate relevant information to the team.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Assistance: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including coordinating between departments and preparing necessary documents.
  • Sales Orders and Quotations: Prepare and process sales orders and quotations in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare essential documents like Certificates of Origin, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of commodities trading and related processes.
  • Proficiency in preparing trade documents, including Certificates of Origin and other relevant paperwork.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage schedules, files, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
  • Proven experience in sales support & Logistics handling administrative tasks, and responding to customer queries.
  • Experience in ERP system and in SAP is an added advantage
