- Review processes and procedures and identify and assess options for improvement. Implements changes within own area/function, ensuring all policies and procedures are complied with
- Train and develop staff within area/function to build unit capability

Qualifications
Diploma in Administration Management, or equivalent
Minimum 07 years' experience in similar roles & industries
- Supervisory potential
- Good standard of written and spoken English- Arabic is advantage
- Organizational awareness
- Planning and organizational skills

- Good interpersonal skills
- Familiarity of technical terms and presentations
