Job description

Job Title: Sponsorship Manager

One of the largest media and event companies in the Middle East, ITP Media Group, is looking for a Sponsorship Manager to join its newly created Obstacle Course Race division, launched under license from an international leader in the OCR global community and worldwide endurance sports.

About ITP Media Group:

  • Reaches over 42 million people across the region and beyond through leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, and magazines.
  • Luxury portfolio includes major brands such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, Grazia Middle East, Cosmopolitan Middle East, Top Gear Middle East, and ITP Live.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Selling sponsorship opportunities across a variety of outdoor and indoor events, products, and content.
  2. Helping people, companies, and teams break barriers, compete, build communities, and foster self-belief.
Candidate Profile:
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive salesperson with at least 5 years of international or GCC sponsorship sales experience.
  • Established client contacts across multiple industries.
  • Experience in selling across events, digital display, and social media platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to drive growth through new audience and revenue channels.
  • Understanding of ROI in event sponsorship and ability to tailor proposals for diverse clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
Additional Skills and Experience:
  • GCC event sponsorship sales track record.
  • Creative content solutions.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Experience in brand and product extension and development.
