M42 is seeking an experienced Specialist Psychiatrist to join our expanding Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience providing psychiatric care for adult patients across inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered mental health services. This role supports the mental well-being of a diverse patient population within an integrated, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for adult patients.
• Manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions across inpatient and outpatient care environments.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop holistic, patient-first care plans.
• Support on-call rotations as required to maintain continuity of care.
• Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice.
