1. Job Purpose
To facilitate and execute outbound business activities by developing customer acquisition strategies, coordinating sales efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role focuses on optimizing lead generation, maintaining customer relationships, and enhancing overall sales performance through structured outreach initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Design customer outreach strategies tailored to different market segments.
- Implement structured sales initiatives to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of outbound business operations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Adapt outbound strategies based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Provide detailed sales reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Organize sales materials and customer interaction logs to support reporting and analytics.
- Report market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to senior management.
- Liaise with business partners and external stakeholders to enhance outbound business operations.
- Conduct periodic assessments of outbound sales processes to identify areas for optimization.
Quality & Excellence Management:
- Assure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in outbound sales activities.
- Assess customer interactions to maintain service excellence and adherence to guidelines.
- Enhance outbound processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
3. Qualifications and Experience
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), or equivalent is advantageous.
Experience
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
