Job Summary

Responsible for supporting daily operations of content production and broadcasting across TV channels. The role ensures high‑quality output by coordinating with production and broadcast teams, monitoring content quality, adhering to operational standards, and supporting technical workflows. The position requires following established policies, maintaining smooth coordination with internal teams, resolving technical issues, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily efforts related to content production and broadcasting operations on the channels.

  • Work closely with production and broadcasting teams to ensure quality and compliance with defined standards.
  • Monitor and ensure the production and broadcasting quality of various content and TV programs.
  • Comply with approved policies and procedures and participate in their development.
  • Handle technical and operational equipment and connect it as required.
  • Prepare periodic reports and provide necessary solutions to enhance performance and improve operations.
  • Participate in reviewing scripts and camera programs and brief presenters and contributors before recording.
  • Track technical errors and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze current trends and predict workflow levels while ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Assist in building strong relationships with relevant technical entities.
  • Work side by side with all operational teams within the company to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Work with employees to comply with instructions, laws, and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information in all dealings and avoid disclosing any work‑related details.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job as directed by the direct manager.
