Job summary

A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a dedicated spa professional to assist in all operations of their spa. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 5-star hotel spa or luxury stand-alone spa, exhibiting strong administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, maintaining product displays, and assisting guests with spa facilities. This full-time position offers an engaging work environment and requires a focus on guest needs and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
• Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu
• Assist guest with the use of sauna steam day pass and spa facilities etc.
• Assist guests with product information and retail sales
• Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor
• Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.
• Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
• To report any equipment malfunctioning.
• To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa
• Strong administrative skills including Excel Spreadsheets
• Book4Time experience mandatory
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
