  • Enforce food safety hygiene and HACCP standards at all times
  • Monitor kitchen cleanliness organization and equipment use
  • Assist with staff training scheduling and performance monitoring
  • Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure timely food delivery
  • Support menu planning cost control and waste reduction initiatives
  • Step in to lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
