Job summary

A leading cybersecurity company is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Dubai to cover the Middle East. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales skills, primarily focusing on driving the technical evaluation in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of presales experience, technical expertise in enterprise applications, and the ability to build relationships across various organizational levels. Arabic language skills are a plus, and travel is expected approximately 30% of the time.

CyberArk is looking for a Solutions Engineer based in Dubai covering the Middle East and this role you will combine technical knowledge with sales skills and are ultimately responsible for the technical win during the sales cycle. You are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process which will require you to work with multiple stakeholders. You will match the customers or prospects business requirements to how the CyberArk Identity Security Platform can assist from a technical perspective. Therefore you must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You must be able to identify all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Above all we are looking for someone that can communicate the CyberArk value and be able to design an optimal solution for complex customer infrastructure and datacenter environments on a global scale.

To be successful you must be comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be required to build relationships across multiple levels of the organizations. Being organized analytical & having the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Technical presales support Solution demonstrations architecture review etc.
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by developing new and existing technical relationships within prospective accounts and current active customers
  • Present CyberArks technical value proposition to customers and partners effectively
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Lead technical customer proofofconcepts (POCs)
  • Support CyberArk and partner seminars and industry trade shows
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Develop technical knowledge of CyberArk and associated technologies/integrations
  • Mentor other system engineers when appropriate
Qualifications
  • 5 years of presales and/or professional service experience in a hightech sales environment with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Relevant experience with enterprise applications security management systems management identity management and/or policy management solutions is preferred especially in the IAM and SIEM space
  • An understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional technical and regulatory requirements
  • Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration knowledge of UNIX/Linux databases. Experience with scripting development DevOps is highly desirable
  • Industry recognized certifications like CISSP or SANS certification are highly desirable
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations approximately 30 of the time
  • MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
  • Arabic speaking is highly advantageous
