The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing all social media content across the company’s platforms. The role includes strategy development, content creation oversight, community management, analytics reporting, and ensuring consistent brand identity. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing social media for hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing brands.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create monthly content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
  • Supervise content creation (photo, video, reels, stories, copywriting).
  • Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual identity, messaging, and posting frequency.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across all platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Manage crisis communication and elevate issues when needed.
  • Track KPIs: engagement, reach, followers, conversions, CTR, etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports using Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Adjust strategy based on performance insights.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for launches, promotions, and events.
  • Optimize content for maximum reach and growth.
  • Work with Sales, Events, and Customer Service teams for internal content needs.
  • Support product launches, event coverage, and brand promotions.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of social media management experience (hospitality or tourism preferred).
  • Proficiency in:

  • Content creation tools: Canva / Adobe / CapCut
