The Social Media Manager is the strategic owner of our brand narrative across all seven platforms: Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Your role is to build a cohesive, elevated and engaging digital presence that seamlessly connects our expertise in spot gold analysis with our premium lifestyle gear. You will develop content strategies, lead community growth initiatives and drive lead generation across all channels. This position demands a creative, data-driven approach to maintain our luxury brand voice while significantly expanding our global community and market influence.

Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a diverse suite of professional social media channels (minimum 5 platforms).
  • Demonstrable track record of growing community engagement and follower count through strategic content execution.
  • Strong understanding of content best practices, analytics and platform-specific algorithms (e.g., TikTok vs. LinkedIn).
Relevant Skills
  • Cross-Channel Strategy: Ability to plan, schedule and optimise content for distinct audience behaviours on each platform.
  • Community Management: Expertise in building dialogue, managing brand reputation and fostering a disciplined community (e.g., Telegram).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Skill in using social listening and analytics tools to measure performance and ROI.
  • Brand Voice: Capacity to communicate complex spot gold concepts and promote premium merchandise in a unified professional voice.
