Job summary

A strategic consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and manage their social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in social media management and paid campaigns, strong communication skills, and proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and analyzing campaign metrics to optimize performance.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop implement and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter etc.)

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation

  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligning with marketing objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling

  • Analyze campaign performance track key metrics and optimize for better ROI

  • Engage with online communities respond to comments/messages and foster audience interaction

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends tools and best practices

  • Coordinate with design and content teams; ability to independently create visuals and short videos is a strong plus

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management and paid campaign execution

  • Strong understanding of key social platforms and ad managers (Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.)

  • Demonstrated success in driving both brand visibility and lead generation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms is preferred

  • Graphic design and video editing skills are highly desirable

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
