General Overview
We are hiring a Social Media & Content Creation Executive for our client, a dynamic organization based in Dubai, to support and execute high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple brands within a single ecosystem. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys turning ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of social media activities, including content calendars, copywriting, scheduling, and daily publishing across platforms.
- Create platform-specific, on-brand content including static posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, agencies, and vendors to deliver content with consistency and speed.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and help build an active, community-driven online presence.
- Track social media performance, compile reports, and translate insights into improved content decisions.
- Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, brand, and social platforms.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Coordinate partnerships, speaking engagements, podcast opportunities, and thought‑leadership visibility initiatives.
- Assist with event coordination, content shoots, logistics, and post‑event follow-ups.
- Support website, CRM, email templates, blogs, newsletters, and landing page updates, following SEO/AEO best practices.
- Manage digital assets including photo and video libraries, ensuring content is well‑organized and campaign‑ready.
- Maintain dashboards and contribute monthly and quarterly performance insights across social, website, and campaigns.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing execution, digital marketing, or content‑focused roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and scheduling/management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Brand‑focused mindset with a passion for high‑quality, consistent execution.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (remote and in‑office collaboration).
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is an advantage.
- Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), GA4, SEO, or digital analytics is a plus.
- Basic experience with paid social or online campaigns and coordination of events or content shoots is desirable.
