Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Assistant to support our Social Media Manager working across our diverse and rapidly growing portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. The successful candidate will manage, create, and publish engaging content across all clients’ brand social media channels. Working within our vibrant agency, you will support various accounts and ensure the achievement of brand marketing targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the build and execution of multiple social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Contribute to increasing brand awareness, engagement, and online reputation for our clients and their brands.
  • Create and publish highly creative and original, high-quality content to ensure it is informative and appealing.
  • Identify and engage the correct target market.
  • Facilitate clients community management (respond to messages, monitor customer reviews, and engage with followers in a timely manner).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pre-agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting and implementing content optimisation.
  • Stay updated with new digital marketing technology and social media technologies in particular.
  • Assist with the creation of artwork and infographics for the purpose of static posts, stories, paid media, emailers, CRM, etc.
Requirements:
  • Available to work 5 days a week in Dubai office in JVC.
  • 2+ years of proven agency work experience in social media (with tangible results case studies).
  • Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc).
  • General knowledge of design for creating visually appealing graphics.
  • Good eye for photography and videography with attention to detail.
  • Strong social customer service skills including patience, empathy, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
Personal Characteristics:
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Excellent copywriting and English language skills in particular.
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Effective time manager – ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interchangeable hours.
  • Analytical thinker.
