POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager/Director to lead our Finance Group across the Tech, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors. This strategic role will involve overseeing financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiencies across these diverse sectors to drive overall business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organizational goals for the Tech, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to aid in business decision‑making.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvements to drive profitability across the group.
• Lead and mentor finance teams across various business sectors, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support potential investments and strategic partnerships.
